Kinetix was established in 2010 as an independent internationally focused advisory firm dedicated to working with companies and investors addressing innovation through technology.
Kinetix provides M&A, Capital Raising and Consultancy services addressing a wholly international and cross-border client base and transaction focus. Its key sectors are the Energy Transition, the Circular Economy, Financial Services, Software and Digital Services, Health and Life sciences.

Kinetix also has a close network relationship with HaysMac, the London based Accountancy Firm with almost 40 Partners and a core alignment on the Technology and Financial Services sectors. HaysMac provides Audit, Tax and Transaction Services support to an international client base and supports Kinetix Clients with these services. HaysMac also co-founded the MSI Global Alliance.
